contouring colour HELP!

Hey, I'm just wondering what contouring colour/blush would you guys recommend for a medium coloured skin tone (Mac-nc35), would laguna by nars be any good? I have the elf palette and a contour blush by mac called coppertone, but I'm looking for something more suitable for contouring. thanks xx
