I'm an esthetician! I say find a school with a public clinic (way cheaper) or a salon that do back facials! If you are going to "pop" anything make sure you prep the area with skin tone astringent! And have clean hands! If you do have back acne an esthetician can give you a home care regimen! Talk to them or a dermatologist about PCA products.. Amazon

Some times body acne can be mistaken for folluclitis. I would check with a Derm first.

I'm also struggling with what I call backne. I've had antibiotics from my doctor for like over a year and its still here (and on my chest) :( any help would be great guys I'm currently waiting for an appointment with a dermatologist

its in ur genes.. if you are born having smooth skin u will not hve problems if you are born with pimples or spots it will not fade :)

AVEENO AVEENO AVEENO ! i cant tell you how this has saved my face..back..n chest. get the kind in a light green tub (7.49 walgreens) for Blemishes. make sure u get the cleansing pad tub that says for Blemishes...bc they have 2 kinds. in the shower..cleanse ur trouble areas with the Aveeno pad...let the cleanser stay on while u bathe the rest of ur body w/ur regular soap/bodywash etc. then rinse whole body. if u give the Aveeno a minute on ur skin...once a day...i saw results in a week...by 4 weeks my back n face n chest were 98%clear and my 3 teenage daughters and i have been using for yearz! i cant afford to run out bc my skin breaks out within several days if i dont use it! it smells good...its natural ...just moisturize after with a light water based (no oils) moisturizer....let me know if you try it and how it works !!!
