Well I would go back and tell them that you didn't want it that dark and they should correct it for you for free as your an unhappy customer

No worries, also a shade 4 is a dark natural brown, if your hair was already darkish it will go almost black, they should of done a strand test before or suggested a lighter colour.

it's so dark it Almost has a purple tint to it! I hope it lightens up very soon I am so stressed

before shampooing, wet your hair and wash it with washing up liquid. im using it to lighten my blacker then coal hair, then wash as normal. only do it once a wk, its very drying
