I live in very dry cold climate. its wreaking havok on my face. I have dry red patches all over despite moisturizing day and night. any suggestions?

i use bepanthen for dryness and it really works i apply it a lot and my skin sucks it on its own

Garnier Moisture Rescue Refreshing Gel-Cream for Dry Skin (it's in a pink jar). This stuff is the ish. And it's cheap. And oil free.

Steam. Use humidifiers, boil water, drink loads. Put on oil right after shower before pores close.
