I love urban decay all nighter setting spray. And for primer I use monistat chaffing cream. It's a makeup artist "secret" if you will. I use it on myself and clients. And it's super cheap.

I use either MAC Fix+, Urban Decay All-Nighter/De-Slick, or Ben Nye's Final seal to set my makeup. I have found that for my skin, my Fix+ works better if I spray it right after I set my foundation with loose powder opposed to skipping the loose powder.
For Primers I prefer Mederma Scar Cream because it dries to a semi-matte finish, while still treating my skin. I also like using Embryolisse's Hydro-Mat Emulsion over my regular moisturizer because it makes my foundation glide on really nicely. Palladio's Herbal Primer is a good inexpensive option.

I agree with Cameron on the MAC Fix+
