Hi dolls, a lot of girls/women ask me how i've managed to keep my abs hardrock & how i haven't gained extra weight for the past 6 years. well i will let you in on my secret tips ;)
-every morning make coffee but use a sweet creamer and skip the tbsp of sugar. coffee is proven to increase your matabolism.
- every morning mix a tsp of cinnamin & a tbsp of organic honey together & swallow it all 30mins before breakfast & 30mins before dinner.
- make a healthy smoothie with frozen strawberries/blueberries/rasberries with a whole banana+low-fat yogurt & either had low-fat milk or a no sugar cranberry juice. & the secret to losing belly fat quick is to had a tbsp of flexseed. you can find flexseed at trader joes, costco, whole food market or sprouts.
-drink a glass of ice cold water.
- & always eat slowly.
