Does gel ruin your hair?

i always use gel in my hair because it's curly and frizzy and i need to tame it. someone told me it can damage your hair. is this true and what can you recommend for curly wavyish frizzy hair?

yeah it does damages your hair it causes hair loss ! if you wanna have beautiful curl use a without washing mask or use moose :)

No it doesn't hurt your hair at all! I've always used gels and mooses and it only makes your hair look better, just make sure you don't use too much:)
