Ok well you can actually buy some nail polish which has a bad flavor in it or paint them with a clear coat of varnish and it hardens the nail.

I agree on getting a mani. Maybe even try shellac to have a long lasting manicure that is so beautiful you'll resist the urge to nibble!

I always used to bite my nails, so to stop I would decorate them and spend hours trying to perfect it, then when I would think about biting them, I would stop cause I didn't want to ruin them

when ur tense u bite ur nails or when ur extremely free u have time to nibble it.. simply put black pepper on ur fingers .. so whenever u bite it u ll get the taste of the black pepper or u can use red chilly powder also ..

there is no harm if black pepper or red chilly powder goes inside ur mouth.. so this is simple home remedy can try out..
