i really like emo stuff and all that but i dont like just throwing on a ton of eyeliner so is there any way i can get that dark look but still not look trashy and sloppy?!?!?

Try a dark brown Smokey eye, with winged liner. Don't forget to smudge the dark brown shadow under you eye as well. Black can look really harsh and sloppy which is why I suggest Brown. Just make sure to blend blend blend!
