I have that problem too and how I deal with it is I just don't wear foundation on a daily basis but I've tried a new acne medication, clean and clear persa gel 10, and I think it has helped with the amount of oil my face produces, also if you mix it half and half with an moisturizing gel then it keeps me reasonably oil free for about half the day:)

Try moisturizing your face with oil. Its possible your skin is dehydrated and thats whats causing it to produce so much oil. I use maracuja oil but you can use coconut or argan or any other organic/natural oil. The maracuja oil I use is from Tarte but you can get it cheaper elsewhere I'm sure. They have a smaller roller ball size as well which is only $17. You can also look into Josie Maran's argan oil.
The oil will usually (I say usually just because everyone is different so the same result isn't guaranteed for everyone) hydrate the skin so it will stop producing so much oil.
I also recommend checking out Tarte's Amazonian clay foundations and their maracuja foundations and concealers. I've heard great things. The Amazonian clay in the foundation is good for oily skin, and the maracuja oil in the other foundation might help keep your skin hydrated and your oil levels balanced so your foundation won't run off. I would definitely go to Sephora (free standing is better than one in JCPenney. they don't have as many products and they didn't have the maracuja oil) and get samples of them all and see if any of them work for you.
Sorry that was so long-winded. I hope some of these things help if you try them :)

Your skin probably has a oil vs water imbalance. Try using an alcohol free toner and pure aloe vera gel as a moisturizer. It has worked wonders for my extremely oily skin.
