I have sooo many thick grey hairs in my parting. I have dark brown hair so they show up quite badly and they are very wirey!! I'm only 24!!! i always trim them down because some of my friends have noticed (!) and i heard pulling them out makes another one grow... I've heard its stress but theres just so many and theyve got worse in the last few years. Could it be diet? Does anyone know if it can be helped??! thank you!!!!! xxxx

An obvious option is to dye your hair, but dying hair is a pain. You need to be careful about the shampoo you use, it can't be in clorine for to long, blah, blah, blah. Another option is to see a doctor. They will be able to diagnose what is causing the gray hair, whatever it may be. One thing is for sure, it is not normal to have gray hair at 24. Go see your doctor. They will help. Hope this helped!
