try to just, relax. thats first of all. second of all, try to change part of yourself to better fit the way YOU want people to know you from,
for example, if you want people to think "shes not afraid to say what she wants to say" or "shes no longer shy anymore", you can try to be less shy. trust me, this can be a lot of work, but its worth it. just try to change a small part of yourself at a time. and remember YOLO, (you only live once (
