It depends on what kind of foundation you use in the first place and how much coverage you want and your skin type. You can start off with a liquid foundation and then dust some hydrating setting powder on top. A good one is "it cosmetics bye bye pores finish HD micro-powder. It sets your makeup without it being powdery.
