how can i stop biting my nails there not that short but im getting into modleing and ineed to stop! someonehelp!♥

I used to bite my nails for like a decade, the only way to stop is have gel or acrylic nails put on so you can't bite. Full a few times over a couple of months and then have them removed. Your natural nail will have grown out and should be a pretty decent length. Your nails might be in rough shape but with a little TLC they'll be great in no time. I use strengthening nail polish to help them stay strong. Now my nails are better than my friends :)

Put on nail polish so when u want to bite it the bad smell n taste will stop u

There is top coat you can buy and it stops you from nibbling your nails :3
