Yes it is genetic sadly, only thing you can really do is use concealer! Also drink lots of water, which i have found helps a bit

I have this problem too! But mine is darrrrrrrk like 4/5 shades darker than my light complextion.. I use primer, foundation and 2/3 types of liquid concealers to get it to look like I had a good nights sleep. But they never completely go away. I feel like having glasses made it worse

&if it helps; I use:
Too faced primed & poreless primer, urban decay naked skin foundation, Kat Von d lock it concealer... I think that's what it's called, Mac Pro long wear concealer, and sometimes maybellines dream lumi touch.

Either tea bags or put a couple of teaspoons in the fridge and put them in your eyes, reduces bags and puffiness! :-) 👌

There's not alot you can do besides cover them up, drink lots of water and get good rest. A salmon toned corrector under your concealer will do wonders. Invest in a good corrector and concealor that won't look cakey/crease and learn proper application technique.

But the important thing to do is TO NOT CAKE ON FOUNDATION.
