Whatever you do, dont use a color stripper such as "color oops". Ot bleaches your hair! And totally damages it.

Vitamin C! Look up videos on YouTube :) it only works on artificial color though. If you want to lighten your natural hair do so with chamomile

if you have a permanent color on your hair there is no way to naturally strip the dye out of your hair. You would have to use bleach which will always be a little damaging or a lot depending on what color you have. If you have a semi or demi permanent color that wont wash out all the way you can try using a clarifying shampoo, dish soap, lemon juice, or a bleach wash.
