I'd use a mousse, I use herbal essences green one or the one by aussie. Then use a blow dryer w a diffuser to dry/keep curls. Then use a serum to give it some shine. I do this on day I actually care to style my hair. Good luck c

buy a diffuser tool. it hooks onto your blow dryer. use a styling moose and like frizz free serum. dry your hair up to 85% and then after use a smooth and control serum. wahhh laaa :) I have very curly hair so it took me awhile to find a tool to help it

Deva Curl has the best products for curly hair. It's sold at ULTA. It isn't the cheapest though :/

well it really depends on what type of curl your hair has. I would refrain from using a diffuser because unless you have uniform curly strands it could make your curls a lil too crazy and not to mention it will dry your hair out and curly hair is already prone to dryness. Dont use a diffuser unless your hair takes way too long to dry or you are in a hurry or its cold outside. The ultimate combination of products to have SOFT, frizz free curls regardless of brand is this and trust me it works every time:
1. Use a hydrating shampoo and conditioner and comb your tangles out
2. towel blot your hair to remove excess moisture then apply a leave in conditioner though your hair starting from the ends up with your fingers
3. apply a frizz serum or light oil where your hair gets the dryest/frizziest, usually for me its the ends and back of my hair
4. if you are in humid weather use a little bit of non-aerosol hair spray
5. do not touch it and let it air dry, as your hair dries the curl formation begins to form and touching your hair as its drying is going to disrupt the curl pattern and cause friction which causes frizziness and uneven pattern looking too messy
6. once its fully dry your hair should be looking great, however there still might be some frizziness on the ends if that occurs just apply a little bit more of a frizz serum
7. this step is optional, if your curl pattern is more loose and you find that your curls look too beachy then you would like, then you can do what i do and curl a few strands of your hair that look a little messy and your bangs area and it really gives you a more polished look.

if you have very tight curls, instead of a non aerosol hairspray for step 4 use a mixture of curl cream and gel or mousse. if you like crunchy curls put a ton of hairspray of any kind or a lot of mousse and/or gel.

Curly hair loves Argon and Morrocan oil! use on dry or damp hair.. and let your hair dry naturally instead of using heat

I use herbal essence totally twisted shampoo/ conditioner and mousse with a diffuser. Also keep it trimmed to help with frizzies. Argon oil is amazing as well. I have amika curl cream with argon oil I use and its great.

Do not use a towel to dry your hair. Use a tshirt. Leaves ur hair less frizzy!

Lush makes some great shampoos for curly hair and an amazing finishing treatment. I started using a hair mask, than shampoo, no conditioner just the leave in finisher.

Shampoo- blousey or fair trade honey
Leave in- R&B (a little goes a long way!)
Hair mask- jasmine and henna

If you have a lush near you go and check then out, my hair has never looked better. It's also important with curly hair to try not to disrupt the curl pattern when it's drying.
