I haven't. But if a professional suggested it, do it. Just make sure you deep condition hair. I use a clarifying shampoo that I buy for $1 @ Walmart. VO5 makes it. I wash it 3 times per shower

Yes it works amazing! There to four wags and your normal hair color is back! Just make sure when you wash your hair with it you wash your hair with regular hair shampoo or your hair will be stiff

I'm a hairdresser, and I recommend it my clients before doing a color correction. However, no shampoo will completely remove artificial pigment from the hair, but it will fade it out, so you can go a little lighter if the black is to dark for you. Good luck :)
