tape extensions rock! I used to do them all the time. instead of investing tons of money on the professional extensions, I would make my own.
if you already have human hair extensions, check your local beauty store for tupe' tape. its acts verrrrrry similar to what tape extensions are and its less than $5.

hmm thats really interesting the technique looks the same as glue-in, i wonder what it is that bonds it to the hair. I'll have to do my research i never saw or heard about this in beauty school! lol

Some tape ones don't require a blow dryer. The ones I used to do at my old salon were just placed sandwiched over your natural hair and you use methol and a piece of cotton to remove them. Lol. It ruins your nail polish :P

i guess my main concern is, would it damage my hair?

Well I'm having them right now, taking off soon, but I can recommend them! They are really seamless and comfortable, you can't really feel them when stroking. And also it doesn't damage yiur hair if you take care if it properly :)
