I don't use liquid, I use pencil and gel but they're all amazingly pigmented, easy to use and long-lasting. Rimmel Exaggerate Eye Definer and Maybelline Master Drama Kohl Liner!

I use maybelline newyork gel liner. Its around $8 in drugstores. It stays on ALL DAY and lasts me like 6 months. Its AWESOME. Totally recommend it if you're down with using drugstore products.
