My friend uses and old rotating display case, is actually pretty cool! You could buy them on eBay or if a store is having a closing sale, like zellers are selling of all of theirs.

My new vanity table has lots of drawers so luckily I can designate a drawer to each type of product. Before that though, I actually used 2 large black-lacquered wood utensil organizers and they worked really well.

Use a makeup case they sell them at walmart have a small essentials bag u can carry or just leave on your counter that should be like 7$ and for extras there is big cases for like 10-15$ I keep mine under my sink

I would say work on getting a vanity if you can. Or build your own. This will save you money on buying tons of makeup containers, drawers, etc that will be all over the place. You would only need a couple with a vanity. And you can sit and play in your makeup as much as you want, all in one spot! :)

I bought a desk drawer organizer (in office department of Walmart) and it has been working wonderfully.
