Right now I'm loving the Elf Flat Top Powder brush.

Sigma F80 and the Real Techniques expert face brush

Right now I like the Sigma F82, and I finish with a damp sponge. The RT Stippling Brush is really good too because it's small enough to get into crevices, and short/dense enough to also buff effectively.
