Vitamin E oil is mainly used to help moisturize and diminish the amount of free radical damage your skin recieves, allowing scars, sunburns, etc to heal more quickly and effectively. Since it's kind of thick, I would only use this at nighttime unless you have dry enough skin to wear it throughout the day.
Vitamin C helps to protect your skin from free radical damage, but also helps to increase collagen production in the skin(which helps to keep your skin firm and plump), and to help the skin fight off acne causing bacteria. I wear Rosehips Oil during the day which contains large amounts of Vitamin A and C. Though it takes awhile to sink into my skin, I have noticed huge improvements in the texture of my skin, as well as the brightness and amount of blemishes I have.

You are welcome! What kind of problems are you looking to target? I am kind of an oil fanatic, so I could try to get you on the right foot if I know of something better. = P
