nearly every oil has something which is good for hair, eg. almond oil is perfect or you take different oil and mix them

Only nutrition and healthy habits will make hair grow faster. But you can prevent breaking so you don't have to trim the ends as often, and that will help you reach long lengths sooner. There are lots of DIY masks that help hair, usually with oils (coconut, argan, avocado, etc.). I know there are a lot of shampoos and conditioners marketed to help prevent breakage, but it's up to you to figure out which ones work best. And the most important thing to preventing damage is to lay off the heat and chemicals!

Get trims every 6 to 8 weeks. Take vitamins. The hair grows on the average of 1/2" a month. So theres really no way to get the hair to grow faster. Im a 25 yr hairstylist, the main thing is get reg trims. People think if they just "let it go" itll grow better. Thats not the case. The hair breaks off and there for it seems like the hair stops growing. It doesnt, it just takes longer. There ya go..

but a little cup of olive oil in the microwave for 11 s . Dip your fingers in it and rub through out all of your hair - ends, roots and all.
Wash out twice with JUST shampoo (head&shoulders works best)
And omg first your hair feels SO smooth but i swear my hair grew an inch in two weeks. And this was right after i got too short of a haircut and was so desperate for ideas! :)
Btw: it foesnt make your hair greasy if you wash it out good enough, and let the olive oil sot in for 30-1 h!!!! DONT wash out right away
TRUST ME THIS WORKS
