I like Sephora's Eyebrow Editor Complete Brow Kit! It's compact and packs everything you need to groom your brows. Here's the link to it: http://www.sephora.com/eyebrow-editor-complete-brow-kit-P374551?skuId=1425271.

I've heard great thing about the Anastasia Brows products (available at Sephora) and Kelly Baker Brows.
Although it's not a kit, I LOVE MAC Eyebrows (that's the name of the pencil) because I like the formula on my oily skin. It stays on all day, even through workouts. I just did a tutorial showing how I use it: http://youtu.be/BoIzXmDqPtg
