Okay so I dyed my hair bleach blonde in August and I kept it like that and then bleached it some more and I straightend it a lot then I dyed it red and 2 weeks later I dyed it black/brown... My hair is dead! And it won't grow out or straighten right and I've tried a lot of different things... Help please :)

Using deep conditioners or masques once a week can help maintain your hair and not weigh it down. Also, argon oils on the mid shafts and ends will help as well.

Stop using heat on it! That's what killed my hair.

If you're going to use heat ( which at this point, I don't think you should) just put heat protectant all over your hair.

You're going to have to wait it out until all that hair is grown out. Trim it about every 8 weeks...and by a trim I mean 1-2 millimeters tops. You don't want to cut more than it's growing bc then you're going to cut it all off. Your hair is growing, we just never think it is bc the growth process is very slow and tedious for some of us. Anywho, no heat. No exceptions! Lots of moisturizing, and lots of oils to seal in the moisture. There are all sorts of vitamins and foods that you can take/eat that will also help your hair. Our hair is a reflection of what we take into our bodies. If you smoke, try to cut it down a bit bc it does affect the hair, and google is your best friend! Oh and hair masks!!!

Use cold water when you rinse out your hair. That helps to close the cuticle and it makes your hair shiny!
