I don't know if that's what you meant, but if you want more hair to grow like I do you can use Castor oil..it takes about 2 months to see the effect but it works :)
Just spread it over the brow every night, especially when you need filling using a Q-tip :)

I swear by the Elf Brow Kit. It works just as well, if not better than my Anastasia Brow powder duo and the finish is more natural. I just use an angled eye brush dipped in some of the cream base and lightly smooth it over where my eyebrows are sparse, and then follow with the taupey powder that comes with it. Never bushy, or too defined, just natural. = )

I use benefit browzings kit which includes a wax and a powder comes in 3 different shades so can suit everyone and your brushes and mini tweezers with it. Really easy to use and creates amazing defined eyebrows :-)

I use elf cream eyeliner in Coffee with a elf concealer brush almost everyday! But I do agree with putting the eyebrow pencil on your hand then using a brush to apply to brows. a good brush makes all the difference! Also a fan of the wet and wild ultimate brow kit.
