The main problem I see is that the eyeliner is way to high above your lash line.

I couldn't get closer...the extensions were pushing the eye-liner away I just think the colours look....messy?

With a flat shadow brush try pressing and rolling the colour again to pack the pigment on an make more vibrant. Then, softly blend out around the edges again. Blend until the look is fluid and cohesive, but blending the colour off. Just a tip, hope it helps!

are using the shadows wet? that can help with pigmentation and control. also you need a matte neutral eyeshadow for blending near your eyebrow.

U need a lil primer in ur eyes and foundation so the colors could stay in place and maybe blend in the colors from the middle to the outside corners

I'm not a fan of the colors on you. You need a stiffer brush to apply the shadow. Then use a blending brush to diffuse. You can get shape and the softness that the shadow look requires that way. Also, under the eyes, the color needs to start deep and feather down. It also needs to be concentrated at the outer corners and softened inward. The liner needs to be black for this look on the upper lids, not brown/black if you are to use it at all. The line should be closer to the lash line and get thicker toward the outer edge or follow the lash line. Your lashes are nice, but messy. Use a lash comb. Then put another layer of mascara on feathering your lashes outward. With the teal shadow, the effect would be feathery and tropical. But with your eye color, intense purples would look better.

It looks like you're using individual falsies. If they're not individuals, you need to immediately toss them and never buy that brand again because the short/long combo looks odd.
1. They're applied sideways, or got pushed sideways.
2. They're too far apart.
3. You're not supposed to use them that close to your inner corners. Not even full falsies are supposed to go that far into the inner corner. It just looks super unnatural.
4. You need to apply them last, after your eyeliner and your mascara is already perfect.
5. Your mascara is clumping, probably because it's old. The stuff only lasts 2-3 months at most.
The eyeliner is too thick, uneven, and not close enough to the lash line. Try using short strokes and connecting/building them rather than trying to draw one straight line. Your eyelids also look to be on the oily side, so you need to use an eye primer. Use less pigment and build the color, and blend extremely well.
Hope that helps.

I Love the colors. i agree with cassandra wetting helps with concetration it holds the powder together therefor making it easier to apply hence making the color look more vibrant.

Wow. It could be that you just crimped them by accident with the lash curler or it's the mascara that's skewing them. How do they look sans makeup?

I'd have them removed and get a refund. Eyelash extensions should look way more natural than that.

With loose pigment you tend to get a lot of fall out. So get some tape and after you've applied all the shadow you want, go over under your eye and collect all the fall out on the tape. It's such a great tip. Don't use an illuminator so much on the brow bone. It's very dated now. Also don't apply so much product on your lower lash line.
