Can'T Find The Perfect Eyebrow Filler

I never can find the perfect eyebrow pencil that matches me my hair is brown my eyebrows are darker but in pictures it looks lighter then my hair I try and use dark brown but it just doesn't look right I tried black it looks better then brown but is too heavy. I don't know how to find a perfect eyebrow pencil/filler
