Rose Water Benefits?

I wasn't sure to put this under beauty or makeup. I wanted to know the benefits of rose water. I read somewhere on here someone used it to hydrate their skin when their makeup was drying them out. Does anyone use rose water? If so what do you use? Brand? Thanks!

I used rose water before but didn't see any sort of benefits besides it being refreshing and smelling like roses.

Okay. I wasn't sure of the use. I wanted to use it to refresh after hours of makeup wear. But I didn't know if it was usable for that?

I use rose water right after I get my face threaded, it stops me from breaking out, a beauty artist mentioned rose water in his vids, I can't remember what he said it does but he sprayed it after he applied foundation

I use the Mario Badescu facial spray with aloe, herbs amd rose water and I love it. I use either use it to set my makeup, or as a refresher throughout the day when my skins feeling dehydrated. It's only $5 @ Ulta. =)

Rose water is generally used for the smell and doesn't have many benefits. It's soothing and cooling to sensitive skin and it helps refresh your face. Many people make their own and use it as a spray on your face to freshen it up. I've been eyeing the Burt's Bees Aloe and Rose Water Toner.
