I recently purchased aveeno's bb cream and I like it a lot! I'm ghostly white, so the color isn't a perfect match, but the coverage is actually pretty great for a bb cream! I get a little shiny towards the end of the day, but I have pretty oily skin. Since you have dry skin this probably won't be an issue for you.

I haven't ever found a decent lasting BB cream. But since you have problem skin, why don't you try clinique ace products? I'm sure you'll find something for you. Qhen I had severe acne that's what I used.

You could always use a primer, powder, and setting spray with the BB cream you pick. I don't normally wear BB cream because of the coverage and color but I really like Tarte's tinted BB primer.
