I want to learn how to fill and shape eyebrows with eye shadow and o want longer eye lashes by faking with mascara.

Just fill in your brows with with a shadow similar to your hair color or slightly lighter. You can use concealer to clean and sharpen them afterwards. For longer lashes with mascara go for a lengthening mascara.
