So today since my grandparents are over we are going to a tulip festival sort of thing. The weather is sunny and high 50s to low 60s (in F and that's warm for where I live). What should I wear? I was thinking maybe my navy blue maxi skirt, but I don't know. Thank you!

I wore this tan loose crop top with my maxi skirt cute sandals and my flower crown to this festival I went to about a month ago (:

I want to go to a tulip festival!! Take me too!! Maxi skirt seems very appropriate! If I'm correct that would be about 10-15°c so I would also wear a cute cardi as well with a nice thin brown belt around it :)
