I need help on what to wear!! Are maxi dresses appropriate??

I think a maxi dress would be too casual. I would go with a nicer, fancier dress.

To my confirmation I wore a maxi dress and denim jacket. Some girls wore white dresses and dressed conservatively. I would wear a dress that covered your shoulders and is past your fingertips when you have them at your side for the length.

You can totally dress up a maxi dress... Wear a scarf and blazer.
