Although its kind of pricey, I would get a Clarisonic with an acne treating face wash. The Clarisonic can be returned at sephora if you aren't satisfied but so some research on it! I bought one and have nothing to complain about at all, plus I've never heard a bad thing about it!

I like clean n clear and also if a pimple is really red before you go out put an ice cube in a ziplock and put it against the affected area for five minutes!

Keep your face clean and drink lots of water. Also stress causes spots so just don't worry about them to much. They'll clear up sooner or later. Also resist the temptation to pop them. Hope that's helpful. :-)
