Prom hair & makeup Help.

I just barely got my prom dress today, a long dark blue dress (as seen below) but I have no idea what to do with my hair and makeup, if needed I'll add extensions to my hair because of its length and not much to do with it also I will be dying it but not sure what color...and makeup ideas. My prom is next Saturday March 18th. please help!!

Personally I think a smokey eye with nude lip
or you can just do bold winged liner with dramatic falsies and a nude lip again.
