I think bb creams are ideal for summer, it has spf, it's light on the skin. If you want more coverage mac face and body is great as Hailey said

Agree with mac face and body but I prefer bb creams and tinted moisturiser for summer because of the hot weather, swimming ect.

Maybe try using BB creams or CC creams because they aren't very heavy on the skin when you sweat. If you want foundation, I suggest using Mac face and body. It's very lightweight foundation so you sing feel like 'melting' on your face. If you want more decent coverage then use Mac Pro long wear. It has medium coverage, plus it stays on for hours! or use Machmaster, it has SPF 15 it's medium coverage and blends very nicely.

If you wanted to go for a lighter option, I suggest Natural Collection tinted moisturiser. It has pretty good coverage for a tinted moisturiser and I pair mine with Natural Collection pressed powder.
In the summer, I do tinted moisturiser, pressed powder, concealer, brows, mascara, blush and highlighter :)
