Does a coral lipstick look fine when not wearing any make up? (foundation, concealer) or wuld a pinkish nude color work better?

Agree with erin. I personally can't pull it off with out makeup.

Depends on your skin type and how bright it is - it will probably need some blush if you are on the pale side or if the lipstick is really bright then use a nude lip liner to line it so it doesn't look as harsh and either fill in your brows or have some kind of eye makeup so it's not the focus of your face.

I wear bright coral lips with minimal eye makeup (literally one swipe of mascara) all the time :)

I think it just depends on the person. For me I'm really pale and I have quite large lips so if I don't balance it out with eye makeup then it can look weird and really unfinished on me. I think it also depends on the shade, if it's really bright I would still wear a bit of eye makeup to balance it out. Even if it's just a slight winged liner and mascara I think it could really pull the look together.

I couldn't wear a coral lip by itself since I have big/full lips it looks really really odd and doesn't look right.
