I manage to snag several samples of this newest and greatest product from Sephora and while I love the fact that it offers multiple uses I still find myself not completely wowed by it to go splurge on the full-size. I say that because I just have way too many foundation products in my collection. BB, CC creams, illuminating foundation, semi-matte foundation, tinted moisturizers...you name it I probably have it.
I've only tried it thus far with my fave Mario Badsecu Oil-Free Moisturizing SPF30 and it gave me zero issues. It did color correct an area of concern and it lightened up a summer foundation. I have yet to try it with any of my daytime serums as it suggests or any of my skin oils. If used for daytime I'd rather infuse it in a product that contains SPF and none of my oils have that. I figure I might have to give it another week of experimentation before I decide whether or not to pull the trigger and buy full-size. Its a pure pigment product so I see this being super beneficial for MUA who may need to tweak shades for their clients.
Anyone else sampling this latest popular goodie? Would be interested to know what your thoughts are on this one.

I been watching some videos on this product and find myself very intrigued buy it, its not available in Denmark (of cause haha) so I haven't been able to get a sample, but I think it seems like a pretty innovative and versital product that I would like a lot!

I've heard a little about it, what exactly does it do Shelley?

@Sarah... you can add this into any moisturizer, serum, oil treatment , face primer to give you a customized finish. Its a concentrated pigment that allows one to control the level of coverage. One drop for sheer coverage, two for medium and three for full coverage. One can even use it to lighten up skin products such as foundations or bb creams that are too dark for them...or use these to darken a product.

I was interested in them because I like a fuller coverage foundation and a lot I own are more matte finish, and my dewy foundations I own are more of a light coverage so I was thinking I could use it to add coverage to my lighter dewy foundations? hmm you're selling me here lol. I have gotten some recommendations on foundations that are more med to full coverage and still dewy so I will be looking into trying those but would like to use up the ones I have now. Also, I spray tan so my color does change quite often so maybe it'd be helpful to alter the color a little bit.

I am very curious about this product as well & was hoping to go to sephora to try out on my day off. shelly, have you tried mixing it in w/ your lighter coverage foundations to give a more med-full coverage? I've read bloggers & yts who do this along w/ mixing in w/ their regular day cream & say it really does provide a full coverage.

Wow, this new product sounds amazing and like I need it in my life! Thanks for sharing Shelley.

@Janette...I haven't tried that as of yet. I'm really not a fan of full-coverage on my skin. Medium is the max I'll go.lol. One drop with my moisturizer and it gives me coverage comparable to my Bobbi Brown CC and BB creams. I will say that I'm pretty impressed with the ingredients list...nothing insanely crazy involved.

Shelley it's funny you posted this because I was going to go pick it up in two shades tonight. I figure it'll be perfect for me when I'm traveling, I'm already carrying my skin care items, so this should be a nice pairing and less to travel with.

I would love to pair this with creams that I have, especially something like Mac's strobe cream or the embryolisse lait creme concentrate. I had no idea this foundation was that versatile, I may pick this up in the full size bottle then.

I am going to pick this up asap. Hadn't heard anything about it until this post and now I'm intrigued. Does anybody have a favorite product to mix this with?

I'm still trying to figure out the right combo Angela. But did an awesome job at lightening up a foundation shade that is too dark for me. Made it a perfect match.

I think Kittys strobe cream idea sounds perfect. I can't wait to get it and start experimenting! If anybody does find a particularly awesome pairing and you think to, please share with me on my profile:)
