@Karly I used a pencil brush to place the color then this fluffier smudging brush to blend it out :) then I wet the pencil brush and used the Aura shadow on my inner corner

I heard sugarpill has some pretty pigmented colorful shadows. Also, I'm absolutely in love with this look. I'm going to have to try this soon!

Are you looking for a brighter blue? The color seems really pigmented and the make up looks gorgeous!

I have the electric palette :) (I just got back from work, that's why it took so long to respond) I don't want a brighter blue necessarily, just a similar blue that's more pigmented. I had to layer a mac shadow to make it more blue. More like a royal blue. I hope that makes sense!
