So ladies I was wondering how do you guys use bronzer besides contouring. I have no interest in doing it. Could I just apply it to my checks under blush.

It's meant to give a sun kissed glow or something like that. Generally you put it where the sun would hit, like cheeks and nose. That's what I've read about it anyway. Sometimes a bit around your temples.

I've personally used it as a transition shade on the crease, I love how natural it looks!

You do crescent moon shapes, starting from your temples you come down around and across your cheeks, down the center of your nose and across the center of your chin :)

I do the whole "E" and 3 motion - that's what I've seen suggested in all the product videos on sephoras website of how to use the KVD bronzer - but I just use it lightly - too much usually makes you look strange.

It's generally used so that after your foundation your face doesn't look so "flat". It adds dimension. I love bronzer because it can make you look gorgeous when applied right. But I've also seen some women where it looks like they've been rolling around in dirt lol.

I like using it around the perimeter of the face- a technique I've seen Scott Barnes use. Not as a contour; as we know, contour has to be cool toned to create the illusion of shadow. But I think it's pretty lightly dusted around the edge of the face and carried down to the neck and décolleté so those areas look sun kissed as well. It gives a lit from within look- as long as it's a light bronzer and applied with a light hand. And then a little on the tops of the cheekbones and nose.
