I'd say definitely an updo with some braids kind of mixed it. A smokey eye would be perfect and if you want an accent color I'd go with red shoes!!

As for make up, I think a smokey eye might be too much just because the dress is black and so embellished. I would go with something kind of like this for eyes (love the hair too) and a red lip would look gorgeous.

Now for shoes I would go solid black or red would look cute too. But since the dress is long and some embellished I would stick with black, because you don't want too much distraction with such a pretty dress. And as far as jewelry goes, I would stick with one or two accessories. Maybe a pretty black hair piece with some simple dangling earrings; or some earrings and maybe a cute black cocktail ring...
