I have small hooded eyes and honestly it doesn't stop me from trying any eye look.
wings, falsies, shadows etc.

The only advice I can give is to make your "crease" shadow higher than your actual crease. That way it will seem like you have a lid. lol I have small hooded eyes too and it's weird my right eye is even smaller than my left so I always have to do my right eye different than the left.
