I love the loreal lumi primer.. Not sure what the complete name is but you can use it under, with, or on top of your foundation and I love it.

The L'Oreal Lumi primer works but the Loreal true match lumi foundation gives me the perfect dewy look. I love it.

You can always use a dewy setting spray. I use the one by nyx.

Maybelline Fit Me foundation has a dewy finish, you can also use a highlighter. my favorite highlighter is Cindy Lou Manizer.

I think a shimmery bronzer would be perfect for a dewy look

Use a primer that doesn't mattify your skin and has some illuminating properties in it. Loreal True Match Lumi Primer might be the best option :) Then apply your foundation using a damp Beautyblender or Real Techniques sponge. This makeup sponge gives your skin a natural, more hydrated finish. For a dewy foundation I recommend Maybelline Fit Me Dewy+Smooth foundation which I think is WAY better than the Loreal True Match Lumi foundation. Revlon's Photoready line has a liquid illuminating, bronzer, highlighter, and blush. I think those products would PERFECT for you. They have shimmer in and they are liquid. If you really need a powder I qould recommend the Physicians Formula Healthy Glow mineral powder, it combats oil but it has some shimmer to illuminate the skin giving you a healthy glow :)

Start with an illuminating primer or an illuminator on just the spots you want. Then you want to go in with a sheer to medium coverage foundation with either a satin or dewy finish. Doing the light coverage will let the primer shine through and the dewy foundation will add to the look. If you need to powder either use an illuminating powder or a mattifing powder in your t-zone. Bronzer should stay matte to keep from getting the disco ball look. Blush can be shimmery, it depends on how dewy of a look you are going for. And of course highlighter. They key to this look. Don't be afraid to add a little more than usual because this is a dewy look.
PRODUCTS

Powder: CoverFX illuminating setting powder or Rimmel stay matte
Bronzer: Nyx matte bronzer
Blush: Sephora brand blushes

I use a primer with a tiny shimmer in it and then a Maybelline fresh and dewy foundation and then powder lightly

Never use powdery products for this look. Use creamy products - cream blush, cream highlighter, cream bronzer. No powders only if you have oily skin then use as little as possible on the oily parts.

I've heard good things about Etude House's Glowing CC Cream (I think that's what it's called?) and Nymph Aura. I believe you could use both in any way that suits you in order to achieve a dewy finish. Also, setting spray is a good alternative to setting powder for this look.

I've always mixed my foundations with a drop of my favourite facial oil like avocado, grapeseed, evening primrose and vitamin e. It gives the most beautiful finish

I agree with the loreal lumi primer & Fix+ but hoof highlighter will give the appearance of a dewy look without actually having a dewy finish for those with oily skin :)
