I think apart from having to somewhat resemble who you're trying to look like, you have to get their makeup and bone structure correctly or it'll be a hit and a miss.

Oh, you didn't mention anything about lipstick. It looks like a deep red, I couldn't tell you which one specifically. You could reverse image search the picture to see if she listed products.
