I'm doing my best friends makeup for her wedding, and I'm still stocking up on different brands. what are the best waterproof mascaras, and a really good setting powder, etc.!

Tarte Lights, Camera, Splashes is super waterproof! I have such a hard time removing it at the end of the day so definitely check that out, it won't budge at all (:

I'd recommend asking Jackie or Alma, I know both of them have tons of experience with doing makeup for weddings. My personal favorite waterproof mascara combo is super el cheapo (for the most part). I use the Lancôme Cils Booster XL primer, then follow that with Rimmel's Lash Accelerator waterproof, then follow with a coat of L'oreal's Voluminous Million Lashes waterproof. This combination, no lie, lasted through the tears of my boyfriend breaking up with me, multiple funerals and finding out that my sisters were pregnant. There's nothing better than that combo for lashes that won't melt off. I'd also like to add that this lasted through one of my sister's wedding ceremonies as well, without smearing at all.
