I will be flying to Hawaii in May and will be living there for 3 months. I'm super duper exited! But the only thing is, I might be in need of new makeup. My skin is super duper extremely oily in humid weather. It was a mess in Florida, I can imagine what it will be in Hawaii. So I was going to ask if any of you girlies would recommend a good foundation that will 100% stay matte, & Won't clog pores. Besides a good foundation I might need a good powder/primer/setting spray, I'm going to be doing ton of work sometimes outdoors + for sure ill probably have this makeup for more than 9 hrs. So I really need something matte and long lasting that won't clog pores. What are your suggestions? I would really really appreciate all advice! xx 💕

I don't think any foundation would be able to uphold the heat and sweat while staying 100% matte or even staying on your face. I'm interested in seeing what your responses are though.

I know, nothing will lol. But of course some products can help a ton. So I'm also looking for these responses haha. I was checking out the MAC oil control lotion, have you tried it?

No ma'am. Anything oil control is probably crazy good though, but to mention it's Mac. Haha. You could also try an oil astringent, I use the neutrogena one.

I've heard that Revlon's 24hr color stay foundation is great for humid areas. Many people call it their holy grail when they travel to hot places such as the Philippines. As for primer, I use Benefit's the porefessional which works great. I haven't tried a setting spray but I heard urban decay makes a great one. These are a bit pricey but the quality is great so you should check them out :)

When I go to the beach, I don't normally do much foundation due to humidity. I use a light Bb cream with translucent powder. It's not going to stay all matte as it looked when you first applied, but it won't run :-) have fun in Hawaii

If you want to try a full coverage, I highly recommend Estée Lauder double wear
