I just bust them and they go away

A mint julep mask also helps remove them and shrinks your pours at the same time

You need to extract them.

The only way to get them out is to extract them. I would use a good exfoliator and make sure you drink a lot of water on a daily basis too because that will help them come out easier. Just make sure after you do it you put some product over the area you extracted that has salicylic acid in it so it'll clean it out and act as an antiseptic to help keep it clean. And when you do it cover your fingers with tissue and wipe the buildup down and away the face to avoid from pushing more dirt and nasty stuff back into that open follicle. If you have the money too I would just go get a facial they know exactly what to do and have all the products to ensure its done right.

I loved biore pore strips personally! I Tried the oil cleansing method today using olive oil and I am blown away. I rubbed the oil into my skin for about 10 minutes, took a hot cloth and placed it on my face until it cooled down, about 3 times, to open my pores. Then I used my Clarisonic and I had maybe 3 black heads left which I used an extractor to get rid of. I really suggest this to anyone!

@Shelby, I have heard amazing things about black soap but I think the only thing that can really help is extracting them; or using an awesome exfoliant. Black soap definitely helps prevent them though!

1) exfoliating twice a week
2) blemish extractor
3) pore strips
4) most effective and least hurtful- clarisonic or cheaper version- facial cleansing brush

I wash my face with warm/hot water. Pat dry. Apply a thin layer of that school glue that is nontoxic. Leave it on mayb 30min to 1hour then peel off. Good luck

I use a product called vacuum cleaner from sephora. It was a little pricy at $40 but it is well worth it

I tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 2 tablespoons sugar. Steam face for 20 minutes mix items well and scrub on face. Rinse with warm water an then splash some cold water on the face to close pores. If you tend to have dry sky add a tablespoon of olive oil to the mix
