I'm wondering what you think of this outfit and if I should buy it or not? I would probably wear it with low white converse because I don't have any shoes like what the model is wearing.

White converse is good too. Sandals juste make it more dressy. Although this isnt my personal style, if its reasonably priced it looks cute. It can be worn separately so that's nice.

It's cute the print of it isn't my fav but you could totally pull it off with converse for a more relaxed look.
