Hi ladies!
So I'm looking into buying a primer and I'm not very familiar with the different brands. Does anyone have a favourite or one that works really well for them that you could share? Also my budget is under 20$ Thanks!

For face I use NYX Photo Loving Primer ($12.99) and for eyes I use Lorac Behind The Scenes Eye Primer ($21).
I included both since I wasn't sure if you were asking for an eye primer or a face primer

Zoe what are you looking for in a primer? Anything specific like color correct, matifying, moisture, etc? What's your skin type?

Rimmel's Stay Matte primer is excellent. I would only use it in areas you're very oily in though, it can be a little drying elsewhere.

You can get a mini smashbox primer for $15.
I love the pore minimizing and photo finish.

I love the Smashbox pore minimizing primer that Les mentioned! It keeps my nose matte which is very rare! I only use it in my t-zone because my skin is combination.
Another great one that is a bit more wallet-friendly is Rimmel Fix and Perfect in 002 (with the blue cap), it really helps with longevity and the texture of it is really nice, not too siliconey (which I don't adore)
